Shipping policy

 USPS Standard Shipping*: 7-10 business days 
USPS Expedited Shipping*: Priority 3-4 business days

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your order.  During holiday/sales events, please allow additional time. If you ordered something on pre-order, please be aware of the estimated delivery times during purchase.

We do ship internationally. Shipping will calculate during checkout based on weight of product(s).  We cannot predict or control the customs charges for international shipments and are not responsible for additional duties or customs charges by the destination country. *International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

USPS TRACKING:

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have seen delayed scan times with USPS. Once you receive a tracking number, that means we have physically dropped it off at USPS within one day of your shipment confirmation. We encourage you to allow up to a week for tracking to populate. Currently, we do not have a system that shows us which orders have populated info and which haven't, so if a week has passed with no tracking updates, please feel free to email us so we can investigate further. We strongly encourage all clients to check their tracking number frequently.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

 

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after time of purchase by emailing us at hello@cocoiv.com (please include your name and order number). After 24 hours, you cannot cancel your order to receive a refund. 

If we determine an order needs to be resent, it is at our discretion to require a signature delivery confirmation.
